Alexa Nehter is a Structural Integrator and myofascial movement teacher, as well as educator for Anatomy Trains and art of motion.
She is a dedicated mover (surfing, yoga, Slings Myofascial Training, Contemporary Pilates, trail running and free diving).
Alexa holds degrees in Physical Education (major Sports Psychology) and Biology (major Human Biology) from the University of Flensburg in Germany.
In the past decade Alexa intensively studied Anatomy Trains Structural Integration with Anatomy Trains Australia, as well as yoga and meditation (several certifications).
She is the founder and developer of Fascia Vinyasa Yoga®.
If not travelling Australia and intentionally teaching for Anatomy Trains and art of motion academy, or leading retreats and workshops, Alexa lives in Margaret River/ Western Australia.
Alexa works with the likes of professional athletes, movement teachers, therapists, tradies, office workers, parents and teenagers.
